Upon acceptance of the offer, I will draft a legally binding document, referred to as an Escrow Agreement. This document encompasses all the terms and conditions agreed upon by both the buyer and seller.

Third-Party Escrow

By utilizing a reputable third-party escrow service, your funds are safeguarded until the property title is officially transferred to you. I have established partnerships with trusted companies renowned for their exceptional service, ensuring my clients’ peace of mind. Notable examples include Fidelity National Title and Stewart Title Los Cabos.

Bank Trust (Fideicomiso)

I oversees this critical phase. The Fideicomiso represents the essential documentation required for foreign individuals to own coastal real estate in Mexico legally.


Once I have meticulously completed all aspects of the process, the Notario Publico will effectuate the transfer of the property title from the seller to the buyer.
