Cabo Buyer’s Guide

Making an Offer

I will work with you to construct your most competitive offer. Leveraging our extensive resources, information, and negotiation expertise, we aim to secure the best possible purchase price for you.

Contract

Upon acceptance of the offer, I will draft a legally binding document, referred to as an Escrow Agreement. This document encompasses all the terms and conditions agreed upon by both the buyer and seller.

Third-Party Escrow

By utilizing a reputable third-party escrow service, your funds are safeguarded until the property title is officially transferred to you. I have established partnerships with trusted companies renowned for their exceptional service, ensuring my clients’ peace of mind. Notable examples include Fidelity National Title and Stewart Title Los Cabos.

Bank Trust (Fideicomiso)

I oversees this critical phase. The Fideicomiso represents the essential documentation required for foreign individuals to own coastal real estate in Mexico legally.

Closing

Once I have meticulously completed all aspects of the process, the Notario Publico will effectuate the transfer of the property title from the seller to the buyer.

My approach is always to work with with utmost professionalism and attention to detail. While buying property in a foreign country can appear daunting, my team and I ensures that you are well-protected, fully informed, and expertly guided throughout every step of the process. If you are prepared to embark on this exciting journey and fulfill your dream of living in Baja California Sur, we stand ready to turn that dream into a reality!
